Equipment

Tchoukball requires frames and a ball, and a space to play. You might need some floor tape or cones to mark out a 'D'
Tchoukball Frames

Tchoukball frames are 1 meter square netted trampettes that are angled at 55° from the floor. They are usually painted or zinc coated steel tubing with hinges and rubber feet. The net is suspended in the middle of the frame with rubberised bungee / shock cord to give tension to the net
Balls

Standard handballs are used - Ladies / Juniors use a size 2 and Men use a size 3
Kneepads (optional)

While kneepads are not required at any point in the game it is your choice to wear them if you want - you will not be directly hurt by another player but you may be kneeling down a lot!
